We are a cannery specializing in the artisanal production of high-quality preserves, with a particular focus on the culinary traditions of our region.

Our story begins with twenty years of experience gained in the family restaurant, where we honed our culinary skills and knowledge of traditional recipes.

We are a family that has cultivated a passion for the authentic flavors of Puglia for generations. Our commitment is reflected in our desire to preserve and share timeless culinary traditions, transforming them into quality, traditional products prepared with the same love and dedication as in times past.

Among our specialties, our king oyster mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil stand out, a true symbol of our identity. Each jar tells the story of our connection to nature and the local area: carefully selected mushrooms, hand-prepared according to traditional recipes, and preserved in high-quality extra virgin olive oil . It's a slow process, involving precise gestures and respect for natural rhythms, which allows us to offer a genuine, fragrant, and flavorful product.
