Refund policy
Our return policy allows you 14 days from the receipt of an item to request a return, for any reason, and without needing to provide any justification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
As per legal regulations, certain types of items cannot be returned, including food products. However, we always review the requests we receive and approve them in eligible cases.
In general, for an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which you received it, it must not have been opened or used, it must have all seals intact, and it must be in its original packaging.

If the return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept the return of gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
