Shipping and Delivery
Product delivery will be carried out via courier, and delivery times will vary depending on when the order is placed and the chosen payment method.
You can check the shipping cost on the checkout page before completing your order.
Our shipping options are Standard, Express, or 24h, depending on the destination. You will be able to choose from the available options.
Shipping costs include packaging and delivery fees. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed individually, and shipping costs will apply to each one.
Once the order is shipped, the system will send the customer an email notification.
DELIVERY TIMES - ITALY
Unless unforeseen circumstances arise, delivery within Italy will occur:
- Within 2-6 business days for Standard shipping
- Within 1-4 business days for Express shipping
- Within 24 hours for 24h shipping
However, this time may vary significantly for hard-to-reach locations, such as mountainous areas, islands, or remote suburbs.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE ITALY
For shipments outside of Italy, different shipping rates will be offered depending on the destination country.
Responsibility
Upon receiving the products, the customer must verify that the package is perfectly sealed and intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered.
If the external appearance of the package shows any imperfections at the time of delivery, the customer must open the package in the presence of the courier.
If the package is not intact or damaged, the customer must immediately report the issue to the courier and send an email to info@veroneconserve.it with a description and images of the received items. If this is not done, the products will be considered duly delivered.
Any delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery of the products or request any form of compensation or reimbursement.
Any delivery issues or anomalies must be promptly reported to our Customer Service team at info@veroneconserve.it.
